Notes

This is Mastrovito's first attempt at staging an entirely photocopied show.
Recorded on April 26, 2008, at the Imperial Theater at the Italian Academy in New York, this video documents the performance given by the artist and four longtime friends at the end of his American residency at the Italian Academy at Columbia University.
Inspired by seeing Superamas' performance “Big - 3rd episode” at The Kitchen in Chelsea a few months earlier, Mastrovito reinterprets Queen's famous Live at Wembley '86 concert by photocopying it and bringing it to the theater stage: here, the four performers, covered in photocopies reproducing the members of the famous British band (including instruments and microphones), re-enact the show by playing and singing in playback. The whole thing is then recorded with low-quality cameras and transferred to DVD for the final result: an analog bootleg with the visual quality of a photocopy.
