Mastrovito begins his two-month residency (from July to September) at Analix Forever in Geneva with a musical performance: unable to bring the thrash metal band he sings for—Madhush—to the Swiss city, he invents an alternative band made of cut-out paper. He cut out a paper guitar and, after dimming the lights and playing his band's backing tracks, sang live while playing the paper guitar and interacting with the shadows—projected life-size on the walls—of his bandmates by simply moving the paper silhouettes.
